REFUND POLICY
Because of the significant time, preparation, and care that go into creating and delivering our Coaching and Courses, we operate under a no-refund policy unless otherwise required by law or specified in a separate program agreement.
Digital products (such as the Resilience Reset Toolkit): All sales are final at the time of purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at shannon@shannonafisher.com within 7 days, and we will work to resolve it.
Coaching programs (such as Reclaimed and Reimagined): Refund eligibility, if any, will be outlined in your individual program agreement signed at the time of enrolment. In the absence of a separate written agreement, all fees paid are non-refundable once program access has been granted.
By purchasing or enrolling in any of our Coaching and Courses, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
By agreeing to these Terms and completing a purchase, you acknowledge our refund policy. Any chargeback, payment reversal, or cancellation initiated by you that is inconsistent with this policy constitutes a breach of these Terms.
In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute it directly, report the matter to credit reporting agencies, and pursue recovery of the outstanding amount through appropriate legal means.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly at shannon@shannonafisher.com before initiating a dispute with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving genuine billing issues in good faith.
TERMINATION
You may terminate your participation in any Coaching or Course at any time by notifying us in writing at shannon@shannonafisher.com. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to any Coaching, Course, platform, or community at our sole discretion, at any time, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct harmful to other participants, or acted in a manner inconsistent with the values and standards of our community.
Upon termination by either party, any outstanding balance owed to us becomes immediately due.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This section does not apply to residents of the Province of Quebec.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct written communication. If resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period of time, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator practicing in the Province of Ontario, selected jointly by both parties.

The arbitrator's decision is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction in Ontario.
Arbitration shall take place in the Province of Ontario, Canada. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable legal costs.
You agree not to engage in any public or private conduct, including on social media or in online communities, designed to disparage 5 Fish Ventures Inc., Shannon Fisher, or any of our Coaching and Courses. This does not restrict you from sharing your honest experience through lawful means or as required in a legal proceeding.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use and all agreements between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada, as applicable.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use, together with any program-specific agreement you have signed, constitute the entire agreement between you and 5 Fish Ventures Inc. regarding the use of our Coaching and Courses. They supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or agreements, whether written or oral.
SURVIVAL
All provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, refund policy, and dispute resolution survive the termination of any agreement between us.

PART THREE:
COACHING ETHICS & CONFIDENTIALITY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
OUR COMMITMENT
5 Fish Ventures Inc. is committed to practicing coaching at the highest ethical standard. Our approach is grounded in respect for the whole person, the sanctity of the coaching relationship, and the belief that lasting change requires a foundation of genuine trust.
CONFIDENTIALITY
What you share in a coaching session stays in the coaching session.
All coaching conversations, whether one-on-one or within a closed group coaching container, are held in strict confidence by Shannon Fisher and any affiliated coaches or team members associated with 5 Fish Ventures Inc.
We will not disclose the content of your sessions, your personal information, or anything you share in the context of our work together to any third party without your express written consent.
LIMITS OF CONFIDENTIALITY
There are narrow circumstances under which confidentiality may not be maintained. These include:
- Where disclosure is required by a legal authority, court order, or applicable law
- Where there is a reasonable belief that you or another person is at risk of serious harm
- Where disclosure is necessary to prevent an imminent and serious safety concern
In any of these situations, we will inform you of our obligation to disclose whenever it is safe and lawful to do so.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
Our role is to partner with you as a thinking partner — to support clarity, resilience, and forward movement. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide clinical assessments of any kind.
If at any point the nature of what you are navigating falls outside the scope of coaching, we will tell you honestly and, where it is appropriate to do so, support you in connecting with the right professional resource.
YOUR AUTONOMY
You are the expert on your own life.
Our coaching relationship is built on the understanding that you are a capable, whole person who has the right to make your own choices. We will never impose direction, create dependency, or act in ways that serve our interests over yours. Our commitment is to your growth — not to keeping you in coaching longer than you need to be.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
We are committed to full transparency. If a conflict of interest arises in the context of our work together, we will disclose it promptly and take appropriate steps to resolve it — including referring you to another professional if that is genuinely in your best interest.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Our coaching practice is guided by internationally recognized coaching ethics, including the principles established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). For reference, the ICF Code of Ethics is available at coachingfederation.org.
